Merchant Advisors enrolls you to accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also offer authorization for other major credit cards. If you already are enrolled for these, let us know your Account numbers and we will notate our files so you can process using your existing accounts.
You can accept debit cards for debit networks throughout the United States. Contact your sales representative to enroll you in a debit card program. This program is included with our Free Terminal Program.
Monthly fees are automatically debited from your business checking account the end of each month. There is no need to send in a check to pay fees. A detail of all fees is provided in your monthly statement to reconcile your accounting.
Monthly fees vary based on the type of your account. All merchants pay a monthly minimum, a statement fee, and a Discount Rate and Authorization fee on every transaction. Refer to your Merchant Bankcard Agreement for your specific fees.

This change requires a signature from the account guarantor. There is a $15.00 fee for DBA changes which will be deducted from your business checking account. The name on your business checking account must match your DBA or corporate name. Changes will be made in two business days of receipt of request.

The guarantor completes and signs a Contact Change form. The contact is only allowed to obtain account information; the guarantor must still authorize changes. If you need to change the guarantor, please call us.
We can close your account for up to four months and will charge a $15.00 reopen fee. After four months the account falls off our processor system and the merchant must reapply. Other vendors providing a service to you may assess a separate reactivation fee.
